We take pride in our products and feel that they constitute a consumate
array of the finest videos, dvds and other products to be found anywhere.
To make these goods available at these prices we must ensure that your
investment is well made and that you will derive much enjoyment out of them .

When purchasing our videos, dvds or other products please allow a maximum of
one to three
weeks for delivery. Be sure to examine the boxes and make sure that
no shipping damage has occurred. All sales are final, and no returns or exchanges  
of  dvds,videos or any other products are allowed except on defective merchandise.
In the case of defective products we will only provide the customer with a
"same product" replacement which will be thoroughly inspected before shipping.


are not obligated to give refunds or exchanges where the item(s) were
purchased as a gift; and the purchaser has (upon offering the gift) learns that
the person who is intended to receive the gift is already in posession of the
same or a similar item, or, in cases where the size of the product does not fit.
We have no way of knowing whether or not a size ordered will fit.

In the event the customer demands a larger, or smaller size than the one ordered,
and the exchange is granted, the customer must authorize the payment of the cost
of re-shipping $6.95  if shipping inside the USA, or $15.00 if shipping outside USA. 

The customer also agrees to pay a restocking fee equivelant to 30% of
the retail price of the item received.  In the event  the price of the item has
changed to a higher price, the customer also agrees to pay the difference in price.
Also customer agrees to pay for all shipping and handling costs.

The customer must return the original item in undamaged unused condition.  
Upon receipt of the product, the requested size will be shipped.

We are not responsible, and do not  issue refunds or exchanges in instances
where the customer has mistakenly purchased the wrong product format as we
give customers CLEAR purchase options on pages where the choice of a DVD
or VHS (Video) is offered.

We are not responsible for, nor do we refund, or re-ship orders to customers
who have have not received merchandise as a result of the customer providing
incorrect or incomplete address or name information.

Damaged goods
In the event that the customer claims that goods were damaged upon receipt, we will
replace the damaged item with the same exact product. Refunds ARE NOT given in
these circumstances.

We do not refund or exchange merchandise such as VHS videos or DVDs with
customers that are unable to utilize the products that we sell. We have no way
of knowing whether or not a customer has a multsystem or NTSC capable
player device.  Please check your system PRIOR to purchasing from us as our
VHS Videos are NTSC format.  However most of our DVDS can be played

We are not responsible for items lost or that do not reach customers in 3rd world
(countries) or hostile regions of the world unless the products are shipped via Global
Guaranteed or Express Mail. Customers in such regions should email us for added
mail rates.

Prices of all products are subject change without notice.  


As delivery time could take 2-3 weeks on certain items, the customer may request
a refund if he/she has not received the product(s) at the end of 3 weeks.  In order to
receive the refund the customer merely needs merely to requsest the refund  in writing.
Be aware however that when refunds are issued, the processing time could take 3-5
business days.  No refund shall be issued in the event the product is refused at the
at the point of delivery when an attempt to deliver is made.  The only exception is
when the recipient contacts the seller prior to the initial attempt at delivery.

In the case of defective merchandise, please be sure to return the merchandise
