Donal O'Donoghue

Mr. Donal O'Donoghue commenced his Taekwon-Do career in Loughlinstown,Co. Dublin in 1986. Mr. O'Donoghue graded under Grandmaster Hee Il Cho for both I and II Dan Black Belt and under Master Brendan O'Toole, Master Val Douglas and Mr. Gerry Martin for III Dan. Mr. O'Donoghue has completed two International In- structor TrainingCourses under the ITF Technical Committee. As a competitor Mr. O'Donoghue has held National Champion titles in Patterns, Sparring and Special Technique Breaking. At International level Mr. O'Donoghue won a silver medal for III Dan Patterns at the 2005 European Championships in Italy and was a member of the Irish National Team which won a silver medal in Male Team Pattern event at the 2005 World Championships in Germany. Mr. O'Donoghue holds the position of Assistant Coach and is a member of the ITA Tournament Committee.
