* Chairman of the WTF Legislative Committee (appointed by Un Yong Kim in 1990)
* Member of the Virgin Islands Olympic Committee (1982-1990)
* Served as Head Coach to the 1988 Seoul Olympics
* Served as Head Coach to the 1987 Pan American Games in Indianapolis, Indiana
* Coached and lead teams to 4 World Taekwondo Championships, Spain, Denmark, Korea & Ecuador
* Coached teams to 5 Pan American TKD Championships, Peru, Surinam, Ecuador and Puerto Rico (2)
* Coached and lead National Team to the Mexico Olympic Festival (1987)
* Sponsored and Hosted the Virgin Islands/China Goodwill Tournament (1986)
* Sponsored and Hosted the Virgin Islands/Denmark Goodwill Tournament (1984)
*Professor at University of Virgin Islands (1982-1990) /Taught Taekwondo as an Accredited Course
* Served as Chairman of the Advancement for American Taekwondo (A.A.T.) 1996-2004
* Senior Technical Advisor to the Taekwondo Hall of Fame,  Representing U.S. Virgin Islands & U.S.A.
