Stephan Ryan


 
Mr. Stephen Ryan commenced his Taekwon-Do career in 1993 in Ennis Taekwon-Do Club, which
was then under the instruction of Mr. Tim Forde IV Dan and is now under the Instruction of  Mr.
Kevin Kinsella IV Dan.  Mr. Ryan established Quin Taekwon-Do Club in July 2004. Mr. Ryan has
completed several International Instructor Training Courses, inluding one under General Choi Hong-
Hi.  As a competitor Mr. Ryan has held National Champion titles in Pattern, Sparring and Special
Technique.  At International level, Mr. Ryan was a member of the 2003 Irish Team which won a
Gold Medal for Team Power in the XVIII European Championships, Croatia and two Gold Medals
for Team Pattern and Team Power in the XIII World Championships, Poland.  Mr. Ryan is currently
the ITA Secretary General, a member of the Executive Committee and a member of the Technical
and Instruction Committee. As well as his Taekwon-Do qualifications. Mr. Ryan also holds a 1st-
Class Honours Degree in Physical Education.
