Simon Rhee




BIOGRAPHY

Simon Rhee is an accomplished actor, martial artist, and stuntman. Simon is the older
brother of action star Phillip Rhee. Simon holds a 7th degree black belt in taekwondo and
4th degreeblack belt in hapkido. Simon appeared with little brother Phillip in Kentucky Fried
Movie in 1977, but 12 years later, the two had a what can be considered a classic duel.
Playing rivals in Best of the Best, their tournament fight showcased the art of taekwondo.
Simon appeared as a good guy in the sequel in 1992 and since, made a name for himself as
both an actor as a stuntman, becoming the official stunt choreographer for the Substitute
sequels with Treat Williams. In 2002, Simon can be seen in Kung Pow! Enter the Fist and
the new John Woo film Windtalkers.
